Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover both what people usually split into "Terms of Use" and "Terms and Conditions" — one agreement rather than two overlapping ones. They govern your access to and use of BlogWriting.Ai (the "Service"), operated by [Legal entity name — to be confirmed by counsel] ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What the Service is
BlogWriting.Ai is a subscription tool that researches a keyword against real search results, produces a content brief, writes a draft article, asks you questions about your own first-hand experience to strengthen it, and produces a finished article with images and SEO metadata. It can also publish directly to a WordPress site you connect, schedule posts to social accounts you connect, and organise work into separate client workspaces.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a real, working email address and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract to create an account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
3. Subscription plans and billing
- The Service is offered on Free, Solo, Freelancer and Agency plans, each with its own monthly article, client and writing-profile limits, described on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your card details ourselves.
- Prices and plan limits may change; we'll give notice before a change takes effect on an existing subscription.
- See the separate Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
4. Your content and what you give us
- You own what you generate. Articles, images, briefs and other output created through your account are yours. We don't claim ownership of it.
- You grant us a licence to store, process and transmit the material you provide (keywords, writing samples, answers to questions, business details, and the content you generate) for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us about your own business and experience — the Service asks you direct questions specifically so the output reflects real information you provide, and it can only be as accurate as your answers.
- You confirm you have the right to use any writing samples, images, or other material you upload, and that doing so doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
5. AI-generated content — read this before you publish
Content produced by the Service is generated or assisted by AI models. We build real safeguards around it (research grounded in actual search results, a claim-check pass, visible flags on anything unverified), but:
- AI-generated content can still be wrong, incomplete, or need editing before it's fit to publish.
- You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and approving anything before it goes out under your name or your business's name — whether published through the Service's WordPress integration, downloaded as an export, or copied elsewhere.
- We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, complete, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose, including compliance with any specific industry, medical, legal, or financial regulation.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Present AI-generated medical, legal, or financial guidance as professional advice without appropriate disclaimers;
- Attempt to circumvent plan limits, quotas, or rate limits, or resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written agreement;
- Interfere with the Service's operation, security, or the experience of other users;
- Use the Service in a way that breaches the terms of any third-party platform you connect to it (for example, your WordPress site or a connected social account).
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers to work — including, among others, hosting and authentication (Supabase), payments (Stripe), AI models (Anthropic, OpenAI), and search data providers. If you connect your own WordPress site or social media accounts, that connection is between you and that platform as well as through the Service, and your use of it remains subject to that platform's own terms.
8. Agency and client workspaces
An account with client workspaces enabled is a single account holder organising work into separate partitions ("clients") — it is not a way of granting a separate person their own login, and the account holder remains responsible for everything done under the account, including in any client workspace.
9. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time (see the Refund Policy).
- We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, including for abuse, non-payment, or activity that puts the Service or other users at risk. We'll aim to give notice where reasonably possible.
- On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling on and after termination is covered by the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
[Placeholder — standard SaaS disclaimer language pending counsel review.] The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages arising from published content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you directly. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
[Placeholder — jurisdiction and dispute-resolution terms to be confirmed by legal counsel.]
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms: [support/legal contact email — to be confirmed].
